Service and operator
These terms describe the use of YOUNHA Hub, operated by Kim Yeonjoong. This unofficial fan archive is independent of the artist and her agency. It provides information on releases and songs, photos and videos, places, schedules, concerts and setlists, and listening courses. The site is currently available without registration or a usage fee.
Content rights and reuse
Photos, videos, recordings, album covers and other materials belong to their respective rights holders. Attribution or public availability does not grant permission to reuse them. Before reusing material, check what applicable law permits and obtain permission from the rights holder where needed. Please follow the copyright and rights inquiry guidance to report infringement or incorrect attribution.
Responsible use
Do not infringe copyright, portrait rights, privacy or other rights, or impersonate the operator, artist or agency. Sending malicious code, unauthorized access, bypassing security or access restrictions, and excessive automated requests that disrupt normal operation are prohibited. Restrictions on requests or access will be limited to the minimum scope and duration necessary for security and protection of rights. Where contact is possible, the operator will explain the reason and how to appeal; urgent measures may be explained afterward. Appeals may be emailed below, and the operator will review them and communicate the outcome. Restrictions will be lifted without undue delay once their cause is resolved.
Checking and correcting information
Information may contain omissions or errors, and schedules, concerts and place details may change. Check the latest organizer announcements and official sources before booking or visiting. Generated posters are identified separately from actual album covers. To report an error, send the page URL and verifiable supporting information for review and correction.
External services
External links for listening, map apps and other features take you to those services. Embedded YouTube players and OpenFreeMap maps also connect to external services within this site. YouTube thumbnails connect when their images load, players when a video is selected, and maps when the places page opens. Their providers’ terms and privacy policies govern those services. Payments, bookings and contracts made through an external service are between you and that provider. Please direct related inquiries to the provider.
Service changes and interruptions
The operator may change content or suspend or discontinue service for corrections, rights holder requests, maintenance, security issues or operational needs. Significant changes or closure will be announced on the site in advance where possible. If advance notice is impractical, such as for urgent security measures, notice will follow the action.
Responsibility
When an information error or service failure is identified, the operator will make reasonable efforts to correct it or restore service. The operator’s and users’ responsibilities in connection with the service are governed by applicable law. These terms do not limit liability for the operator’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The separate privacy policy explains the handling of access records, analytics, cookies, inquiry emails and other personal information. Please use its guidance and the contact details below for privacy requests or questions.
Changes to these terms
Changes, their reasons and their effective date will be announced in the revision history on this page at least 7 days in advance. Material changes or changes unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days in advance. Separate consent will be obtained where required by applicable law. The existing terms remain applicable until the effective date, and previous versions will remain available in the revision history. Revised terms apply to use after their effective date and do not apply retroactively.

Please email us below about the service, corrections, access restrictions or these terms. The operator and users will first seek to resolve disputes in good faith. Unresolved disputes will be handled through procedures and courts with jurisdiction under applicable law.
